Credential Rails is a business name of TIMURTEK LLC, Seattle, Washington. When this page says “we”, it means TIMURTEK LLC. For anything about your information, email hello@timurtek.com.

• What you send us by email. If you write to us, we get your email address and whatever you put in the message.
• What you give when you book a call. Booking asks for your name, email, role and what you teach. Bookings run on Cal.com, which handles them under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). The Cal.com booking window loads only when you open it, and Cal.com may use its own cookies or storage inside it.

This site has no sign-up, no account and no form of its own.

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives the technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page asked for and the time, and keeps them in server logs under its own privacy policy (opens in a new tab). We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.

The fonts and images on this site are served from our own domain, so loading a page doesn’t send a request to a font or image service.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice in its local storage (under the name cr-theme). It stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

While you’re on the page, it notes a few events in your browser’s memory, such as which section you’ve scrolled to or that you opened the booking window. Nothing reads or sends these, and they disappear when you leave the page.

We use what you send us only to reply to you and to hold the call you booked. We never sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

We keep emails and booking details for 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Email hello@timurtek.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. We’ll reply within 30 days. This applies wherever you live, in Washington, elsewhere in the United States or outside it.

This site is for instructors, schools and brokerages. It isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Some links go to other sites, such as the Washington rule texts and timurtek.com. Their own privacy policies apply there.

When this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use information you’ve already given us, we’ll email you about it before it takes effect.
