This site is run by TIMURTEK LLC, Seattle, Washington, under the name Credential Rails. You can reach us at hello@timurtek.com.

This site describes a service we are building with early partners. It offers no courses and makes no offer that you can accept. Nothing on it, and no call you book through it, creates a partnership or any other agreement between us. A partnership exists only once both sides sign a separate written agreement.

Credential Rails is not a school and does not grant approvals. Courses will be offered through approved schools, which hold their own approvals. Not affiliated with or endorsed by the Washington State Department of Licensing.

The Department of Licensing decides whether a course can be offered, through the school that applies. We don’t promise that any course, school or instructor will be approved, or when. Where this site cites WAC 308-124H or RCW 18.85, check the current rule text yourself; it is not legal advice.

Statements about the platform and how a partnership would work describe what we are building and planning. They may change as we learn from early partners, and some features may never be built.

The text, design, diagrams and the Credential Rails name and logo on this site belong to TIMURTEK LLC. You may read, share links to and quote short parts of the site. Please don’t copy the site, its design or its marks for your own use without asking first.

We provide this site “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise that it is error-free or always up.

To the fullest extent the law allows, TIMURTEK LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Links to other sites, including Cal.com for booking, are there for convenience. Their own terms apply, and we aren’t responsible for them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this site will be heard in the state or federal courts in King County, Washington.
